Mantas Swim Club Weekly Update

Mantas Families,

I am thankful for another successful weekend of racing. Mantas swimmers marked training progress in events they were familiar with, and we had quite a few swimmers trying new events as well.  Now is a good time to be racing.  In two weeks, we host the 10th Anniversary Red, White, & Blue Invite at Tourtellotte Pool. That meet usually sets up our fastest times of the summer going into our championship season in July.  

 
If your swimmers are newly registered for our summer program, tomorrow (MONDAY) is the final day I will accept entries for our June 20 – 22 meet at Tourtellotte Pool.  
Speaking of tomorrow, tomorrow is our first 7:00am morning workout at Tourtellotte for our Mankato Senior groups.  Pay close attention to the practice schedule this week as we have groups swimming in 3 different locations.  
 
Here is our training schedule for this week. 
Mantas at the FAC in New Prague
Novice will swim Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Age Group1 will swim Monday – Thursday, 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Age Group2 will swim Monday – Thursday, 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Senior 1&2 will swim Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
 
Mantas at Tourtellotte Pool in Mankato
Senior 1 & 2 will swim Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 9:00am
Senior 2 will swim a second practice (double) 6:00pm – 7:00pm Monday – Wednesday. 
All Mantas Swimmers need a Tourtellotte Pool Pass purchased through MANTAS registration.  The pool pass can be picked up at the pool the first Tourtellotte practice they attend. 
 
Mantas at GAC in Saint Peter
Novice will swim Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Age Group 1&2 will swim Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Next week this group of swimmers moves to Mankato East High School starting at 4:15pm.
