Mantas Swim Club Weekly Update

Happy Memorial Day. As a reminder, there is no practice today. I hope you’re enjoying a long weekend.

Meet Registrations

TODAY is the last day for two meets we have coming up; The Rochester Block party meet held in Rochester this Friday evening, AND the Rochester Summer fest meet held June 13-15.  Register your swimmers to compete as these competitions will not be available after today. 

 

Swimmers may still register for our Red White & Blue Invite, June 20 – 22 at Tourtellotte Pool.  Registration will close in one week. 

AND…the Aquajets Spectacular, June 26-29, has been re-opened. This is a qualifying meet. 

 

Here is our practice schedule for this week. Read further for Mankato families on next week and beyond. 

This week at the FAC in New Prague

Novice will swim Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:15pm

Age Group1 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Age Group2 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 6:15pm – 7:30pm

Senior 1&2 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 7:30pm

 

This week at GAC in Saint Peter

Novice will swim Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:15pm

Age Group1 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Age Group2 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 6:45pm

Senior 1&2 will swim Tuesday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, and Friday 5:00pm – 6:30pm

 

NEXT WEEK our Senior 1 & 2 swimmers in Mankato will have their first long course practices at Tourtellotte Pool on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, 6:00pm – 8:00pm.  Novice and Age Groupers will still swim at GAC (indoors) on those evenings at 5:30pm.  ALL SWIMMERS practicing at Tourtellotte will need a summer pool pass. The cost is $90. A payment option was found in our team registration. Swimmers who didn’t pay the $90 in registration will see a charge on their account this week. 

 

Starting June 9 our Mankato/Saint Peter Senior 1&2 swimmers will move permanently to Tourtellotte Pool, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 9:00am.  Novice and Age Groupers will remain at GAC in Saint Peter for one week, June 9 – 12, starting at 5:30pm. Starting on Monday, June 16 these groups will move to Mankato East High School in the afternoons starting at 4:15pm.
