Mantas Swim Club. Use the SPORTS ENGINE MOTION App!

Mantas Families,

With Championship season approaching, we have lots of families asking if swimmers qualify for specific meets.  With all our new families the following information will be helpful to keep track of your swimmer’s progress. 

Download the app SPORTS ENGINE MOTION.  It looks like SE MOTION.  Then, log into the app using the same login information that you use for our team website.  The app contains all your account information that the team site holds, including billing information, upcoming events, and your swimmers’ best times held by the USA Swimming database.  You can use the app to declare your swimmers’ intentions to compete in meets and look up times.  There are loads of cool tools like a stopwatch, and time converter there too. 

You can also use the app to Volunteer for jobs during events that Mantas Swim Club hosts, like our MRC’s meet coming up March 7-9.  Like right now I’m using the app to tell me that we have 38 of 205 slots filled.  We need 167 more volunteer positions to be claimed.  Those slots get filled by you.  

Meets are the best fundraisers for our team, and the best chance for our swimmers to compete. We need families to help us when we host our meets.  Here’s how it works.  When you registered your swimmer, you agreed to our volunteer policy after reading it.  You then paid $125 as a volunteer deposit.  Each family then completes the asked (2) sessions of volunteering at the MRC’s meet. At the end of the season the $125 turns into a credit on your account for your next registration.  We really need your time to make these meets a success for our swimmers.  Families can achieve the two sessions by having one worker work two separate sessions, or by having two family members work a single session.  

Log into your Mantas account. 

Click on the Events tab. 

Scroll to find the MRC’s event. 

Click on the green, Job Signup, button.  

Pick the jobs that are best for you.
